- Payment Terms
We accept cash, cheque and Eftpos is available. You may also pay via Internet banking – please enquire for details.
- Assessments
Assessments are charged at the full-recommended fee of the Australian Psychological Society.
- Insurance Work
If work is undertaken for Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident claims the full-recommended fee of the Australian Psychological Society will be charged.
- Rebates
If you are eligible for a GP Mental Health Care Plan, you must provide us with a referral letter from your GP before you can claim the Medicare rebate. Please check with your private health insurance fund for claim details.
- Cancellation Fee
Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments otherwise the full consultation fee will be charged
